I am curious about Colorado Law.  How would “per stirpes” be administered for the below situation:
The descendant who was to have received property “per stirpes” is deceased.  
The “deceased descendant” is associated with 3 children:
1.	Child #1 – living, through blood lineage of the “deceased descendent”.
2.	Child #2 – living, through legal adoption by the “deceased descendent”.
3.	Child #3 – living, never adopted by the “deceased decedent.” This child could be considered to be the “step child” of the “deceased descendent” because the stepchild is the blood lineage of the spouse of the “deceased descendent”.
Question.  Which children would receive via Colorado Law / “per stirpes.”</description>
