Our firm was started by Douglas A. Turner in 1994. We have been faithfully serving our clients’ legal needs ever since. We help individuals with estate planning, probate, asset protection, family wealth preservation, Colorado real estate, company formation and provide general legal advice to our diverse clientele.

Real estate law is a large part of what we do here at our Colorado law firm. We not only work with Colorado residents and businesses, we encourage out-of-state individuals and businesses to consider our services when Colorado real estate is involved. This includes Colorado deed preparation and recording, ancillary probate proceedings, transfers of real estate into revocable trusts and the preparation and recording of beneficiary deeds to greatly reduce the real estate transfer costs (i.e., local Colorado probate) incurred when a loved one dies.

While estate planning, probate and real estate are much of what we do, we also offer a full range of legal services to our business clients. We represent timeshare associations throughout Colorado, real estate firms, local manufacturers, service organizations, consultants and other businesses.
